While Dealers' Financial Services, LLC ("DFS") is proud to have assisted our military service members in their vehicle purchasing decisions, DFS has made a decision to wind-down its business. DFS will remain open for several weeks to answer questions and concerns from its customers, dealers and employees, and policies opened under the MILES Program will continue to be honored by the policy providers. This decision was not made lightly, and we are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service during the wind-down process.

Effective June 24, 2015, DFS will cease originating new business and will stop operating the MILES Program. Please be advised that the DFS wind-down does not affect your existing loan agreement, GAP or VSC service providers or the dealer network.

Who do I send my monthly payments to?
Please remit payments in the same manner as before.
What happens to my MILES Program loan application that has been submitted and approved but not yet funded?
DFS will continue to administer loan applications currently in process through funding. However, DFS will stop accepting new loan applications from its dealer network effective immediately.
How does this affect my existing Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) or GAP policies purchased through the MILES Program?
There will be no effect on your existing VSC or GAP policies. All Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) and GAP policies will be honored directly by the providers of the policies in accordance with the terms and conditions of the policies through their expiration.

Even during the wind-down process, DFS wants to provide service to its service member customers. If you have a question about the status of your application, existing loan, or your VSC or GAP policies, please contact MILES customer service at 866-466-4537 and a customer service representative will assist you.
